Worldly Goods required to be signed for at the time of delivery. If the consignee is not physically available at the time of delivery then please suggest any alternate person i.e. neighbor, family member, friends, colleagues, etc. However, Basic Ayurveda is not responsible for the goods signed by an alternate person.

Any complaint related to damage & shortage needs to be reported within 3 days after delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The final shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and the consignee will know about the charges before making payments.
Goods may move or shift whilst in transit – product may shift to one side, stoppers may stick to the top lid, items may move within gift boxes. Returns will not be accepted in any of these cases where the issue is due to movements in transit.
